The Law Offices of Duane M. Hamilton is a litigation law firm which primarily handles immigration matters pertaining to the representation of individuals before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and in various Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal of the United States.  The firm also handles family-based immigration matters and the representation of "criminal aliens."  Attorney Hamilton is well known for his work with African asylum seekers and has been the first line of immigration defense for the Kenyan community in California and other parts of the country for over two decades..

Mr. Hamilton has also handled cases involving personal injury, employment discrimination, civil rights violations and unfair business practices.

Mr Hamilton is a graduate of the University of California San Diego; La Jolla CA, where he majored in Communication. He is also a graduate of Western State Univ College of Law (then in Fullerton California) and was admitted to the California Bar in 1994.  Mr. Hamilton has additionally completed courses in International and Comparative Law at Cambridge University, England in 1993.
